Which Marvel Rivals Halloween skins are out, which one is free, and how long do you have to get them? NetEase Games answered most of that in the October 15 patch notes. All Hallows' Glow runs from October 15 at 09:00 UTC, and the Halloween Pop & Win trio arrives 17 hours later. There are ten Halloween costumes on the calendar so far: eight with names, and two due October 23 that NetEase hasn't named yet.

Below is every costume, how to get it, by when, and whether it's free or costs Units, plus what NetEase hasn't announced yet. Marvel Rivals is free to play on PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Xbox Series X|S.

Every Marvel Rivals Halloween skin in 2026

So what's actually in the lineup? Three costumes come from the event and three from Pop & Win. Two are store bundles from October 9. The last two don't have names yet.

The store also adds chromas on October 16 at 02:00 UTC. A chroma is a colour variant of a costume. NetEase lists these two:

• Scarlet Witch - Chaos Weaver Chroma Azure Augury/Scarlet Spinner and Ultimate Ability VFX
• Invisible Woman - Unseen Weaver Chroma Ruby Rite/Gilded Gaze and Ultimate Ability VFX

NetEase's notes don't say whether the store sells the base Chaos Weaver costume as well, so we won't guess.

The Season 10.5 roadmap shows other costumes in the same weeks: Phoenix Cyclops, Jeff's Sharknos, Winter Soldier's Celestial Messenger, a Marvel Tokon costume, Spider-Man's Worthy Spider-Man and The Thing's Cosmic Cook. The table keeps to the Fate Witches and Midnight Monsters lines, the event costumes and the two undead store bundles, so those six are left out.

How to get Trash King, Chaos Weaver and The Redeemed

All Hallows' Glow runs from October 15, 2026, 09:00 UTC to November 13, 2026, 09:00 UTC. NetEase's All Hallows' Glow post puts it plainly: "Event begins October 15 at 2 AM PT!"

Why's the end an hour earlier on your clock? UK and EU clocks go back on October 25 and US clocks on November 1. The UTC time doesn't move.

Trash King, the free Rocket Raccoon skin

NetEase keeps this one short: "Complete event missions to earn Rocket Raccoon's Trash King costume for FREE!" The mission list is on the event page in the game. NetEase hasn't published it anywhere else, so we can't tell you how many missions there are. Try and open the event page early.

Our advice: if Trash King is the only costume you want, you don't need to spend anything. Watch the US end time: it's 1:00 AM PST on November 13. On the West Coast, that makes the night of November 12 your last real session.

Chaos Weaver and The Redeemed, the premium rewards

The same notes go on: "Other premium rewards include Scarlet Witch's Chaos Weaver costume, Hela's The Redeemed costume, and more!" NetEase hasn't posted a price outside the game. It split rewards the same way in August's Creed of Akabba event, per the Season 9.5 patch notes: "Complete missions to earn The Punisher's Sandstorm Soldier costume for FREE. Some Premium rewards for this event can also be purchased with Units." So expect both of them to cost something, and check the event page for the real price.

NetEase's trailer carries the note "Development build. Please refer to in-game visuals for the final version." Here's what it shows:

• Trash King. Rocket wears a top hat made from a tin can, a stitched mask and a "TRASH" shirt, and the trailer shows him on a trash can.
• Chaos Weaver. Scarlet Witch becomes a blonde witch with a wide witch hat and a pumpkin-orange dress. The trailer also shows blue, orange and red colour versions.
• The Redeemed. Hela gets a dark green hooded look with a thorned crown.

Pop & Win: Unseen Weaver, Nurse-Pool and Mr. Malignance

The Halloween Pop & Win runs from October 16, 02:00 UTC to November 13, 02:00 UTC, so it closes seven hours before All Hallows' Glow does. In the US that's October 15 at 7:00 PM PT (10:00 PM ET) to November 12 at 6:00 PM PST (9:00 PM EST).

How Pop & Win works

Pop & Win is a lucky draw in the store. You spend Units, the in-game store currency, to pop balloons. Each pop gives you a chance at the costume set and the other rewards in that costume's pool. NetEase has capped the total cost in past draws, so even an unlucky run has had a ceiling.

What will it cost this time? The October notes don't give a price. Here are the figures NetEase published before:

So 100 to 2,400 Units per set is June's figure, not October's. Definitely check the price on screen before you pop anything.

The Cross-Pool Promo, with NetEase's example

NetEase's rule, word for word:

When you pop a balloon at full price for any costume, the balloon at the same position (the same draw number) in the other two pools will automatically be discounted by 50% off the original price. Example: Pop the 3rd balloon on Costume A at full price → the 3rd balloon on Costume B and the 3rd balloon on Costume C are each 50% off.

So how do you get the most out of it? This is our reading of the rule, not NetEase's advice:

• Only full-price pops trigger the discount.
• Want two or three of the costumes? At each balloon number you pay full price once and half price in the other pools. Pop balloon 1 in every pool you want, then balloon 2, and so on. That makes it easy to keep track.
• Want just one? The promo does nothing for you.

Our maths fits June's best case pretty well: 100 Units for one set plus half of that for the second makes the "150 Units" NetEase quoted for both.

Fate Witches and Midnight Monsters

The roadmap puts Unseen Weaver in Invisible Woman's Fate Witches line. The Unseen Weaver reveal lets the witches do the talking: "We Fate Witches tend the threads of destiny from the shadows, hidden from mortal eyes. But that one... he was simply too fantastic."

Nurse-Pool and Mr. Malignance make up the Midnight Monsters pair. In the Nurse-Pool reveal, Deadpool asks: "Wondering why I'm moonlighting as a nurse for a mad scientist? Well, his overtime pay beats whatever Galacta pays me." The Mr. Malignance reveal gets a lot darker: "With my final creation now complete, the ritual has begun! All I need to do is stand at the center in my finest suit, a smile across my face, as I wait for my beloved to return."

Put side by side, they kinda read like one story. Deadpool works for a mad scientist, Mr. Malignance waits for his beloved, and the witches' "too fantastic" line seems to point at Mister Fantastic. That's our reading. NetEase hasn't confirmed any link.

Marvel Rivals Halloween 2026 dates and times

Why does the roadmap say October 16, 23 and 30, when GuangGuang says October 15, 22 and 29 in Dev Vision Vol. 22? Its columns sit one day later than the update dates. This week fits that pattern: NetEase scheduled the update for October 15 at 09:00 UTC and its store items for October 16 at 02:00 UTC, the date in the October 16 column.

The Season 10.5 patch notes list both bundles as "Limited Time: October 9th, 2026, 09:00:00 to November 6th, 2026, 02:00:00 (UTC)". Our advice? Decide on the two bundles first. They leave a full week before the event does.

Still to come: October 23 costumes and Night of Illusions

What's coming next, and what's still unknown? The roadmap's October 23 card lists Black Cat [Fate Witches] and Elsa Bloodstone [Midnight Monsters]. As of October 16, NetEase hasn't announced the costume names or prices, or whether they come through the store, Pop & Win or an event. Jeff [Sharknos] sits on the same card, but it isn't in either Halloween line.

October 22 brings Path to Doomsday - Avengers: Endgame, a PvE mode where 50 players face Thanos and his army in the ruins of the Avengers compound. It's part of Path to Doomsday, not Halloween. Our Marvel Rivals Season 10.5 overview covers it, plus what's known about Season 11.

GuangGuang says Night of Illusions starts October 29. On the roadmap it sits in the October 30 column as "New event: Halloween: Night of Illusions". NetEase's only description so far is "a thrilling, suspenseful, interactive puzzle experience." Rewards, rules and an end date won't be known until NetEase posts them.

Free Marvel Rivals skins you can collect this month

Only want free stuff? There are four free costumes running right now, and you can work on all of them at once. Only Trash King is a Halloween one, though.

The Gold costume asks for two things. NetEase's rule since Season 5: "To earn the Gold tier costume reward for a half-season, you must complete 10 ranked matches in that season's half and finish at Gold rank or higher at the end of the half-season." This half ends when Season 11 starts on November 13. Matches played before the October 9 update counted for the first half's costume, not this one. How does this year compare with last? Last October was busy too, going by the October 23, 2025 notes and the October 30, 2025 notes:

  • the Voyage to Astonish event, which gave Blade's Blade Knight costume for free and had Peni Parker's Floral Frights among its exclusive rewards

Our comparison: the free reward is the big change. Last year every hero got a free Pumpkin Curse emote, and Voyage to Astonish gave Blade Knight. This year the free costume is Rocket's Halloween-themed Trash King. This year also has two named costume lines, Fate Witches and Midnight Monsters, and a separate puzzle event in Night of Illusions. Last year's PvE mode was Marvel Zombies. This month's PvE mode, Endgame, isn't a Halloween mode.
