Getting ready for your session

Share your current rank, main legend, goals and availability in your order chat. Your assigned coach will agree on a time and the voice or screen-sharing setup with you.

For replay review, bring a recording of a typical match, including the moments before a fight. You review it together during your purchased coaching time. You stay on your own account in every format.

Is Apex coaching right for my skill level?

Coaching can help beginners build fundamentals and experienced players understand recurring mistakes. You do not need to reach a particular rank first. Tell your coach where you are now and what feels difficult, so the session starts at the right level.

Which format should I choose?

Choose Voice coaching for conversation and practice alongside your coach. Choose Live stream if you want the coach to watch your point of view as you play. Choose Replay review to pause and discuss a recorded match together. If you are unsure what is holding you back, a replay of a typical match is a useful starting point.

How many hours should I book?

One hour is a sensible first session for a focused question or an initial review. More time gives you room to explore additional habits or practice the changes together. Improvement also depends on what you practice between sessions; you do not need to commit to a long package to get started.

When does my coaching session take place?

You arrange the time in your order chat after booking and coach assignment. Checkout reserves coaching time, not a specific calendar slot. If you need a particular day, time zone or language, check availability with support before paying.

Do I need to share my account password?

No. You stay on your own account. Coaching uses voice, gameplay sharing or a recording, depending on the format you choose. Your coach does not need your password.

Can I book coaching on console or controller?

Yes. Coaching is available for PC, PlayStation and Xbox, and can cover controller or mouse and keyboard. For live stream sessions, you need a way to share your gameplay. Console players should confirm that setup with support before booking.

What should I prepare for a replay review?

Record a normal match from your own point of view, with the moments before a fight as well as the fight itself. You do not need a highlight reel. Share a viewable recording link in your order chat and bring the questions you want to work through together. The review takes place during your booked coaching time.

Will coaching guarantee a rank or RP gain?

No specific rank, win count or RP gain is guaranteed. Coaching is time spent developing your own skills. If your goal is to hire a teammate for ranked matches, see Rent a Booster.

What if I need to change the time?

Contact your coach in the order chat or speak to support as early as possible. Any change depends on availability. Check the terms and conditions for the purchase conditions that apply to your order.
