What is the current Apex map rotation?
The cards above show the live map for Battle Royale, Ranked, Wildcard and Mixtape, with a countdown to the next map. The page refreshes by itself, so you can leave it open.
How long does each map last in Apex Legends?
Rotation lengths are set by Respawn and can change between seasons. Right now each Battle Royale map lasts 1 h 30 min, and each Ranked map lasts 4 h 30 min. Mixtape modes change every 15 min.
When does the ranked map change?
Check the Ranked card for the exact time left and the next ranked map. Ranked maps rotate less often than public matches, so plan your ranked session around the map you play best. If you’d rather skip the grind, our rank boosting climbs for you on any map.
Is the map rotation the same on every platform and region?
Yes. The schedule is shared across PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Switch, and across regions. Only the displayed clock changes, and this page shows times in your own time zone.
Where does this map rotation data come from?
We read the live schedule from the Apex Legends Status API, which tracks the in-game playlists, and cache it until the next change. If a mode is missing, it isn’t in the current playlist.
